Description
Balanced Holistic: Decisions, Process Diagram

All potential rejections are checked prior to formal rejection, in case the applicant has any special circumstances. They are reviewed by liaison officers and the WP Co-ordinator.

Liaison Officers check specifically whether the decision is consistent with existing and previous practice and either confirm this, amend the decision to an offer, or discuss the case with an Admissions Tutor.

WP Co-ordinator checks whether there are any mitigating circumstances in the application webfolio. This may result in the applicant receiving a non-standard offer.

All rejected applicants are sent a letter containing an automatically generated description of the reason for rejection.
