Narrative

If the Admissions Officer has an email address, reply will be by email. If not, reply will be by letter. In each case the Admissions Officer will use a template that is specific to the feedback process, which contains standard information relevant to all feedback. The Admissions Officer will refer to the notes in the applicant's record and will give information, which is personalised, fair and legal.
