Selecting Holistic: Scoring Applications and Questionnaires, Process Diagram

School administrators receive the forms and mark them up.

Two academics independently score our applicant's application form and her responses to the online questionnaire. Items checked include the personal statement, activities, reference, other statements against detailed criteria (for example 'acceptable' or 'not acceptable' statements).

Applicants are then ranked and a proportion go forward to the next stage.

Rejected applicants are informed, and the reason for rejection is stored.
