Description
The HR Department passes a request for feedback to the recruiting manager.

Narrative

The HR Department checks the applicant's identity in their applicant database, so that they know which manager was in charge of the recruitment process. They pass on the email request to the relevant line manager.

Conditions

Preconditions	Request must be from a person who applied for a job at the organisation.
Successful end condition	Request passed on to line manager.
Failed end condition	Request not passed on to line manager.
