Description
UCAS sends a standard communication in response to a specific code on a rejected application.

Narrative

Decisions on applications are sent to UCAS and include a code for the reason for rejection. The UCAS system looks up the code and automatically prints and sends a standard communication (letter or email) in accordance with the code.

Conditions

Preconditions	Valid reason for rejection code received at UCAS.
Successful end condition	Standard communication sent to rejected applicant.
Failed end condition	Invalid code received at UCAS.
