Description
The HEIs website invites the applicant to log in. It stores contact details and other information about the applicant.

Narrative

The applicant accesses the HEI website. There is an option for applicants with a UCAS personal ID / ULN to create a log in, so that they can receive targetted information. The applicant gives at least the minimum contact details and gains an account, which includes links to information about the courses they have applied for, plus information about the university's application, admission and feedback policies. The applicant's contact details are stored in the applications database, which includes the applicant's UCAS record.

Main Flow


1. Applicant requests an account on university website.
2. Website returns form for data capture.
3. Applicant completes at least the minimum details required.
4. Website checks with applications database that applicant is not already registered. Uses ULN or UCAS personal ID as part of the match.
5. Account created and applicant informed. Use Case ends.
