Description
Whenever data is migrated to the website, the system at the OU creates a P12 database 'snapshot' which shows a static version of the database as it is at this time. Once per month this snapshot is also placed online so that is is available for APS to download.

Conditions

Preconditions	OU staff are satisfied that the P12 data is complete and ready to be used for a new web site build.
Successful end condition	P12 snapshot records information at time of website build. Information is available for APS to download.
Failed end condition	P12 snapshot is incorrect, incomplete or unavailable.

Trigger

OU staff are satisfied that the P12 data is complete and ready to be used for a new web site build. Trigger for uploading P12 database is end of month.
