Description
Graduate Prospects and PROMT (Scottish learndirect) web sites cannot receive data as text files but instead require manual data input. APS staff find the required data within the P12 database using Access queries and transfer it to these web sites by re-keying into their web based forms.

Conditions

Preconditions	Staff are familiar with the end-user's web site data entry requirements. Data is available from P12 database.
Successful end condition	All courses and qualification information is transferred to web sites
Failed end condition	Keying includes some errors or is incomplete
