Description
Three separate .exe programs are run using the XML file as input. There is one program per format style required by end users. The output of each these programs is a set of text files containing the required fields for the each relevant end user.

Conditions

Preconditions	Main XML file has been created and is available for use. End users have supplied information on the fields and format they require the information in. A program is available to convert the XML file to this format.
Successful end condition	A set of text files with the correct fields in the correct format for each end user organisation
Failed end condition	Incomplete data in some or all fields
